Pigeon House, Installation ©2010

Inspired by the myth of the phoenix, In Flight is an immersive video and sound installation that deals with issues of death and regeneration. The phoenix, a mythic bird that is reborn out of the ashes of it's nest and own death, is a fertile tale that offers a narrative for individuals to understand the cyclical nature of their personal life and for the greater community to imagine rebuilding on a global level.
